B-Line Customer Service (Phone) Hours:

  • Saturday/Sunday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Fares and passes can be purchased at this location.

Chico Transit Center Kiosk Location & Hours:

  • Corner of W. 2nd & Salem Streets in Chico (across from Chico State)
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Fares and passes can be purchased at this location.
